Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 18 July 2026. These Terms govern your use of tridi.in (the "Site") and the purchase of any goods or services offered on it. Please read them carefully — by browsing, creating an account, or placing an order you agree to be bound by them.
1. About us
The Site is owned and operated by StarvoxLabs Private Limited, a company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at BKC, Mumbai, Maharashtra ("Tridi", "we", "us", "our"). Correspondence: hello@tridi.in.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to purchase from the Site. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
3. Account & security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for every activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@tridi.in if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe has been misused.
4. Products & availability
Every product on the Site is 3D-printed and hand-finished to order in India. We use best efforts to describe each item accurately, but colours may vary slightly across screens, and hand-finished pieces have small natural variations that are part of the craft, not defects. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.
5. Pricing & taxes
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. HSN codes are declared on your tax invoice. Prices can change without prior notice; the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the moment you confirm checkout. We reserve the right to correct any pricing error and cancel or refuse the order if a genuine error is discovered before dispatch, with a full refund.
6. Made-to-order clause
Because every piece is produced only after you order, our production window is typically 3–5 business days before dispatch. This lead time will be shown on the product page and confirmed by email. Made-to-order and personalised items (Studio pieces, custom metal prints, engraved items) are non-refundable except where they arrive damaged or defective (see clause 10).
7. Payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway licensed by the Reserve Bank of India. We do not store card details on our servers. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible pincodes; a nominal COD fee may apply and is disclosed at checkout. For COD orders a prepaid token may be required to confirm intent.
8. Order acceptance & cancellation
An order is deemed accepted only when we send a confirmation email or WhatsApp with your order number. Until the order is dispatched, either party may cancel — we may cancel if the item is out of stock, mispriced, or if we reasonably suspect fraud, in which case we refund the full amount to the original payment method. You may cancel a non-personalised order by contacting hello@tridi.in before it is dispatched.
9. Shipping & delivery
We ship pan-India through third-party logistics partners. Delivery windows shown at checkout are indicative and may be affected by weather, festivals, courier delays, or force-majeure events. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please inspect the parcel at the time of delivery and report any tampering or damage on the courier's proof-of-delivery form and to us within 24 hours.
10. Returns, replacements & refunds
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@tridi.in with your order number and photographs. Approved returns must be shipped back in their original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. 11. Intellectual property
The Tridi brand, name, logo, product designs, 3D models, photographs, videos, illustrations, text and code on the Site are the exclusive property of StarvoxLabs Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or make derivative works of any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
12. User-generated content
When you upload an image, prompt, review, or any other material to the Site ("User Content"), you grant Tridi a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, and display it for the purpose of providing the service and marketing the store. You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to the User Content and that it does not infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of any third party. Tridi is not liable for third-party infringement claims arising from User Content.
13. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the Information Technology Act, 2000; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; (c) interfere with the security or availability of the Site; (d) upload viruses or malicious code; (e) submit false, misleading, hateful, obscene, or infringing content; or (f) reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Site or its APIs.
14. Third-party links & services
The Site may contain links or embed content from third parties (e.g. Instagram reels, YouTube videos, payment providers). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your interaction with them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
15. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all products are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable Indian law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security threats.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarvoxLabs Private Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or products purchased. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StarvoxLabs Private Limited from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your User Content, or your misuse of the Site.
18. Force majeure
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government action, riots, labour disputes, internet or logistics disruptions, or force-majeure events.
19. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
20. Grievance redressal
In accordance with Rule 4(1)(d) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, any grievance related to your order, payment, delivery, or use of the Site may be sent to the Grievance Officer at hello@tridi.in. We aim to acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days.
21. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect from the date of publication on the Site and is indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
