Do I need a printer or a shop?+
No. Zero equipment, zero rent, zero staff. All you need is a phone with WhatsApp. Every printer, every kg of filament, every dispatch label — that's on us.
How much do I actually earn per order?+
Up to 50 % commission depending on the product line + volume tier. Metal Line pays higher in absolute rupees because unit values are 3–4× higher. Founding Bundle partners are locked at the top for life. Full commission table walked through on your onboarding call.
Where does the order actually ship from?+
Every parcel dispatches from our facility in BKC, Mumbai, direct to your customer's address anywhere in India. Your brand tag goes on the parcel — your customer knows the piece is from you.
What if my volume is low the first month?+
There is no volume quota. The one-time fee unlocks your storefront + partner code forever. Do 5 orders, do 500 orders — no penalty, no forced targets, no monthly. Most partners do their first sale within 72 hours because we hand you the creatives.
Can I upload my own designs?+
Yes — send STL or OBJ files through the partner dashboard. We run a 24-hour printability check (wall thickness, overhangs, print-time cost) and, once approved, your designs go into your personal SKU list. Metal-line customs need an extra 48 hours for the tooling check.
What happens after the 1,000 founding seats fill?+
Mumbai applications close. New cities open in phases — Bangalore, Pune, Delhi-NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai. Standard (non-founding) seats reopen at ₹14,999 for one line only — no lifetime bundle, no locked commission tier. Founding partners keep their terms forever regardless.
Is there any recurring or hidden charge?+
Never. ₹9,999 one-time gets you one line for life. ₹14,999 one-time gets you both lines for life. Filament, machine time, labour, dispatch — all deducted transparently from the order value before your commission is settled. You'll see the maths on every single order.
How do payments flow?+
Customer pays through your storefront (Razorpay UPI + cards + COD). We collect, print, ship, and settle your commission to your registered bank every Monday. Full order-level statement + GST invoice download inside your dashboard.
